The Robe District has recenlty evolved with artistic talent and cultural events. Led by local artist JoJo Spook, the community is benefiting from displays of artwork around the town.

Along with these displays, Robe holds several events in the field of arts and culture such as:

  • South Australian Living Artisit Festival (SALA), which this year is being held in August and is being organised by Collide-A-Scope.
  • Southern Ocean Art Prize (SOAP), which is conducted on a bi-annual basis
  • Creative workshops are often held throughout the year by JoJo Spook, which include Limestone carving for kids during some school holiday periods.
